Please allow 48-72 hours for orders to be processed and shipped and/or ready for pickup. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped or an email with instructions for porch pickup orders.
Counting business days - Shipping days are 24-hour days. If you place your order on Monday (before 2 pm CST), then 1 business day would be Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday (after 2 pm ET), then 1 business day would be Wednesday.
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax are based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. Michigan sales tax will be applied for all orders placed by Michigan residents We will charge tax only in states where the goods sold over the internet are taxable.
Returns & Exchanges
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate and get approval for an exchange or return within 72 hours of receiving your order. Returns will be accepted when received back within 10 days of request, on retail priced items only. Returns are accepted for exchange of exact item in different size, or a shop credit (no refunds). All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached and free of perfumes and odors. Items purchased at a discount, on sale, BOGO, Last Chance, preorder items and items paid with shop credit or rewards points are final sale. Jewelry, accessories, intimates and shoes are final sale due to sanitary issues. Customer responsible for return and/or exchange shipping costs.
